Auction Service

  1. We can take you to the major Japanese used vehicle auctions and our experienced staffs assist your business.
    We offer all our services in English and don't charge extra fee for these services.
  2. You can inspect any vehicles by yourself before its bid start.
  3. After your successful bid you will receive an original invoice issued by the auction house next day.
  4. We prepare the paperwork for prompt and reliable shipment to the port of your country.

How to Order, Bidding and Its process

  1. Please inform us your target car through e-mail .It's free of charge for the quotation.
  2. We will send a URL-auction date-about auction market price of your target car.
  3. We require a deposit for each "Bidding" if you want to join the auctions.
    When you send us the deposit for bid ,please let us know by e-mail or fax.
  4. We start suppling auction list on your budget by our choice.
  5. The deposit must be minimum 100,000yen or 10% of the bidding price that is up to 2,000,000yen,
    20% of the bidding price that is over 2,000,001yen.A commission will be taken as the burden of your company.
  6. Upon we confirmation of your deposit, we start searching vehicles and bidding process.
    We appropriate the deposit for FOB price of your purchased vehicle.
  7. Once we got successful bid,we proceed to arrangement for shipping and inform the schedule.
  8. You can check the last bid price by the auction results site (Copy from the original site) next day
  9. We'll send a proforma invoice and require balance of payment by T.T.
    It must be within 7days from receiving the proforma invoice from us.

The payment are not paid in full within a contracted date/7days are considered in default.
We reserves the right to dispose off the vehicle.The importer or customer have responsibility
for all charges and expenses.

  1. We arrange the shipping upon confirmation of full payment.
  2. We send the original documents( B/L,Invoice,etc.) by EMS Express or UPS.
  3. In case of unsuccessful bid,we keep on searching vehicles .
    When we find your target vehicles ,immediately we'll inform you by e-mail or fax again.

We require 100% advanced payment for our stock car.

How to order & purchase parts

We supply genuine parts for the car we export by ourselves.

if its last bid price is under 1,000,000yen.

If its last bid price is over 1,000,000yen,
we require "5% of last bid price "
as a"Auction Service fee."

"**" We don't charge if you pay all the bank fee in your country.
  • We accept only Telegraphic Transfer.Please arrange T.T to our bank account.
  • *Remittance commission will be taken as the burden of your company please.We considered that the amount of money which receive to the bank account is a amount of your remittance.
  • Our main banks are;
    1.Bank of Chiba,Matsudo branch
    2.Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi,Shinmatsudo branch.
     We will provide additional bank account information during the order process.
  • FOB(Free On Board) : Vehicle Cost plus Auction Direct Service fee.It's include all local-Japan- expenses and exclude Ocean Freight & Marine Insurance.
  • C & I(Cost and Insurance) : Vehicle cost plus Marine insurance.
  • C&F(Cost and Freight) : F.O.B plus Ocean Freight to the port of your country.Exclude Marine Insurance.
  • CIF(Cost,Insurance and Freight) : C&F plus Marine insurance.
  • Shipping Insurance is about 1% of the C&F value.
     

Additional Fee

  1. Extra fees in case of internet bidding for auction located out side of Tokyo area.Transport & auction successful fee
  1. Extra charges for Terminal Handling / Vanning / Drag charge will be asked if shipping by container.
  2. Extra charge for transportation will be asked if the auction houses are out of Tokyo Metropolitan area.
  3. If pre-shipment inspection is required by custom regulation of your country, we can arrange it at actual cost.
    ex. JAAI Pre-Shipment Inspection include original JAAI certification in English for 35,000yen.
  4. Extra commission will be asked on other optional services such a"reconditioning"or"repair"by your order.
  5. Insurance is not included in the FOB and C&F.We will arrange marine insurance by your order.

Other Condition

  1. Condition of vehicles are "as is" condition.All Japanese vehicles are right hand drive.
  2. We usually arrange shipment by Roll On/Roll Off (RO/RO) vessel .
    Depend on your request,We will arrange container vessel too.
  3. The payment are not paid in full within a contracted date are considered in default.
    We reserves the right to dispose off the vehicle.The importer or customer have responsibility
    for all charges and expenses.
  4. We will repay the deposit which deducted the auction fee 8,000yen in case of cancel the auction agency service.
  5. We do not issue invitation letter for auction tour.
  6. Our liability
    • We have no responsibility for mis-description by staffs belong to auctions on the auction sheets .
    • We have no responsibility for defects and damage in any vehicle purchased in the auction.It is "as is"condition.
    • Vehicles once confirmed or purchased ,can't be cancelled without incurring cancellation charges.
    • We have no responsibility for any kind of accidents during the shipment.
    • There are no guarantee under F.O.B and C&F basis,any damage,missing accessories and various other parts of vehicle after the vehicle is brought to Chiba or Yokohama Wharf.
